If an appointment is cancelled in the 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a fee of 100% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. Failure to pay this fee will prohibit the client from booking future appointments.
A client may avoid the fee by finding someone take their place!
Being 15 minutes late to the scheduled appointment is an automatic cancellation. No-call/no-shows will be prohibited from booking future appointments.

I am not a doctor, therefore my license does not allow me to diagnose or treat potential infection. If an infection is suspected, I must stop the service right away and refer the client to a physician. The client is welcome to return for another service with an authorized doctor's note!
If you have discoloration/thickening on the nail or the nail is lifting away from the skin, please seek a professional before booking.
I do not work over another technician's work. I do not know what products were used and how they will interact with my products. To ensure the best results and the longevity of your nails, I ask that you arrive with bare nails or book the appropriate removal on your first appointment.
There are no refunds on services already preformed as you are paying for my time. Throughout the service, I do my best to ask as many questions a possible to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. If you do not speak up during your appointment and do not like the final result, that is on you!
If you were charged a cancellation fee and someone books the time slot you originally booked, I will happily apply the fee toward your next appointment!
In order to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, children are not permitted in the salon. Services will not be preformed on a child under the age of 16.
The salon space is very small so I ask that you do not bring a guest unless they have an appointment booked at the same time with another technician.
